Who we are
The TALCO has been registered under the Society Act with the registration No.TVM/TC/167/2022 and is working with the objective of empowering unorganized sector skilled laborers to achieve their social security and dignified livelihoods with the specific orientation and programs to their social, cultural and economic fields.
The formal inauguration of TALCO was held on 31st March 2022 by Mr. V. Sivankutty, honorable Minister for Education and Labour, Government of Kerala. An elected governing body of 11 executive committee members was constituted to lead the organization consisting the President, Secretary and Treasurer. The board is actively engaged in governing TALCO as a lead development organization and shares a common passion for the welfare of marginalized workers.

We envision a world of hope that is inclusive and just, where all unorganized sector workers are empowered live in dignity and security.
Mission
To build, sustain and provide a well-known platform for unorganized workers in kerala facilitating skills orientation, resources and a dignified livelihood.
